Attention to Fresh Graduate candidates!
We are looking for potential candidate from Chemistry to be part in our QA team as Executive, QA.

You will play an important role as:

Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes while continually improve QA team performance to achieve the departmental and company objectives.

Oversee the overall quality for potential raw materials, incoming, in-process, outgoing according to the standards and specifications.

Enforce full implementation of the QA procedures on all quality matters pertinent to all products and QA activities.

Closely monitor the product quality of external storage. Prompt update about in process quality, incoming, outgoing and tank quality

Update the shipment blending quantity and closely monitor the product quality

Establish a threshold limit for precaution of off spec quality

Drive all schedule for preventive maintenance and calibration by follow up with related party

Proper documentation for effective monitoring of all related records

Set up at least two equipment for each critical testing

Provide effective & practical training to staff regarding equipment handling and daily maintenance to avoid down time.

Identify the 2nd PIC for major instruments troubleshooting

What you will need to succeed in this role:-

Fresh graduate from Bachelor in Chemistry, Oleo-chemistry or related disciplines.

Basic knowledge in Palm Oil, Glycerin & Biodiesel Fuel is added advantage.

Good knowledge and exposure in GMP, HACCP, ISO9001 and FSSC 22000 standards.

Proactive and willing to learn.
