About the role

We are seeking an Analyst, Accounts Payable to join our team at Mewah Group's office in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Process and record accounts payable invoices and expenses

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to address payment queries

Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation

Support the month-end and year-end close process

Assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as required

What we're looking for

1-2 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
