Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding
-Ensure client satisfaction with ASP’s services (in-house clinic, TPA, panel doctors, nurses, etc.)
-Handle client issues or complaints with professionalism and provide timely solutions
-Conduct regular client meetings to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for improvement
-Prepare and deliver monthly & quarterly business review presentations, including service reports, performance metrics, and cost-saving initiatives
-Propose value-added services and wellness programs to help clients improve employee health and prevent chronic diseases
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
-Drive client retention and renewal of contracts (including open tender support when required)

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields (Diploma with strong experience may be considered)
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, client servicing, or corporate healthcare
-Strong presentation and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
-Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and present insights clearly
-Self-driven, professional, and committed to building long-term client trust
-Willing to travel for client visits and reviews
