Responsibilities

Your job duties include:
1. Sales (learnable)
-Receiving customer inquiries
-Recommend the most suitable customized Japan itinerary based on your needs.
-Quotation, Conversion & Follow-up
-Assist with payment, document processing, and confirmation procedures.

2. Basic administration
-Data management
-Basic order processing
-Coordinate internal communications
-Simple itinerary planning (with SOP, easy to learn)

3. Customer Service
-Provide professional advice to customers
-Check passenger information
-Assist customers with a smooth departure
