Operational Support for Korea Team
-Provide day-to-day assistance to outsourced professionals in Korea
-Act as a liaison between Korea team and regional/ global teams to ensure smooth communication and operations

Financial Statement Preparation
-Review and prepare the Korea entity’s financial statements in HQ-prescribed format
-Ensure timely and accurate submission to support SEBU’s consolidated financial reporting

Finance Operations Assistance
-Support BU Manager in managing finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
-Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control processes

Language & Translation Support
-Provide Korean-English translation support across Finance, HR, and Office Operations
-Facilitate effective communication between Korean-speaking staffs and non-Korean speaking stakeholders

Cross-Regional Backup Support
-Serve as backup support for Taiwan entity and HQ operations when needed
-Collaborate with regional teams to ensure continuity of operations during staff absences or peak period
-Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior, ensure timely and complete execution to meet the goals and objectives of the company and the Finance department

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
-Proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required; ability to translate business documents accurately is an added advantage
-Professional qualifications such as MIA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or similar will be considered a plus
-Well versed in accounting standards, procedures, and practices
-Keep abreast with the latest accounting standards and the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Finance software
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze and summarize complex information
-Strong understanding of business and finance principles in order to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
-Appreciate the importance for a high level of accuracy in data produced
-Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills
-Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
