Responsibilities:

Interact with clients via live chat, outgoing/outbound calls to address their requests, concerns and feedback;

Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;

Handle online registration process of riders/couriers and assisting them in solving work related issues;

Data entry and work with corporate CRM system.

Monitor and report service rules violations by users.
