Requirements
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is a plus
-Minimum SPM; Diploma or higher preferred
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or customer service work is an advantage
-Experience in pawn broking, jewelry, or retail industry is preferred
-Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic systems
-Presentable and polite, with an outgoing personality and attention to detail
-Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
-Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required

Responsibilities
-Greet and assist customers with pawning, redeeming, and renewing luxury items
-Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents accurately
-Handle data entry for all transactions and ensure accuracy in the system
-Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
-Ensure the front desk and display area are clean, secure, and well-organised
-Answer phone calls, and handle general administrative duties
