Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of sales orders submitted by the sales team.
-Promptly record sales orders from group chats into company forms to obtain the official Sales Order number and share it with the salesperson.
-Handle order details carefully to support invoicing and e-Invoice processes.
-Maintain clear communication with the sales and billing teams for smooth coordination.
-Learn and understand the basic steps of invoice issuance to assist in resolving future questions or issues related to invoicing.

Requirements:
-Knowledge in Autocount system is an advantage.
-Detailed, organized and good time management.
-Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Words).
