Job Scope:
-Maintain proper filing system for all documents (hardcopy & digital)
-Version control and labelling of documents following company standard
-Ensure document accessibility to authorized team members only
-Prepare letters, memos, meeting minutes, reports, submissions, and forms
-Assist with printing, binding, scanning, uploading and formatting documents
-Compile supporting documents for submissions when required
-Follow up on action items with relevant internal/external parties
-Assist in communication between departments and suppliers/subcontractors
-Arrange deliveries, courier services, and collection of documents/samples
-Maintain logs and trackers
-Assist compilation of weekly/monthly reports and project updates
-Prepare checklists for submission accuracy and completeness
-Ensure all approvals and acknowledgements are recorded
-Handle sensitive company information with strict confidentiality
-Ensure safe storage and prevent unauthorized access
