Job Description
-Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments and travel.
-Ensure efficient and organized documentation management by maintaining records, filing systems, and updating relevant files.
-Support the development and maintenance of client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing assistance as needed.
-Assist with basic finance tasks, such as processing reimbursements, tracking expenses, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation.
-Support event planning activities by coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors and attendees, and handling related administrative responsibilities.

-Flexible with work hours and able to adapt when priorities change.
-High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
-Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and speaking.
-Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (liaise with international teams is needed)
