Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

General Administration:
-Assist Operation in Credit Control monitoring and approval.
-Assist Operation in CTOS/credit searches, documents stamping and completion of supplier forms, ensuring all supporting documents are in order.
-Coordinate and arrange accommodation bookings when required.
-Liaise with panel clinics and verify medical invoices.
-Coordinate work schedules with the Company Driver when necessary.
-Work closely with Finance Department on petrol card top-ups and other payment matters.
-Review and check monthly administrative invoices and update the Company's Touch 'n Go statements.
-Manage the purchase of office stationery and refreshments .
-Handle renewal processes for company vehicle insurance, tenancy agreement and company property insurance.
-Maintain an organized and systematic filling system for all documents.
-Manage incoming calls, mail, and courier services (inbound and outbound).
-Prepare reports as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum Diploma in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Meticulous, proactive, self-disciplined, and a strong team player.
-Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
-Proficient in computer skills Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
