JOB RESPONSIBILITES
• Handle import / export documents.
• Preparation of Export shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, Certificates, etc)
• Coordinate with forwarders for freight quotations and shipment arrangements.
• Work closely with Warehouse team on readiness of goods.
• Interact with customers on shipment issues, etc.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the manufacturing industry handling shipping documentation and coordination activities.
• Able to communicate at all level effectively, both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively within a team or on own initiative.
