What You'll Do:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for financial products (Vehicle financing / Motorcycle financing / Easy Payment) and expand our customer base.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active exploration and networking.
-Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Credit, Collection, Customer Service) to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
-Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:
-Candidate with at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Working experiences in sales/marketing in financial institutions, credit company or leasing company will be added advantage.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a knack for closing deals.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets.
-Candidate with own transport and able to drive.
