What you'll be doing
-Handle AP/AR transactions, invoicing, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation
-Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
-Prepare statements, manage petty cash, and process staff claims
-Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding billing and payment matters
-Support general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
-Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and SST requirements

What we're looking for
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field
-Basic experience in accounting/admin (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
-Familiarity with AutoCount and Excel is an added advantage
-Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
-Good communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
