Job description :
• Able to key in data include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, statements of accounts.
• To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Assist internal staff to resolve outstanding payments or issues affecting the collections.
• To assist in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report, assist in audit and tax matter.
• To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock, cash float and other transactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving, and time management skills
• Maintain good communication with all departments as well as customer
• Provide support to the team and any other ad HOC duties as assigned.
