Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Prepare and manage sales quotations and reports and generate Delivery Order, Purchase Order and Sales Order.
-Assist in coordinating and supporting local and overseas exhibitions, as needed.
-Perform general administrative duties and handle ad hoc tasks.
-Continuous interaction with Logistic,production Planning, and Customer to coordinate smooth execution of these activities.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Preferable to be proficient in Chinese ,as need to deal with china customers.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
