Project Engineer
-Overall responsible to prepare and monitor shop drawing and materials submission, layout, specification, check design calculation, sub-contractor pricing and material pricing and control project plan.
-To lead, coordinate and monitor site activities such as checking, inspection, measurement and supervision of works to comply with specification drawings and programs.
-Attend audit interviews and all projects meeting i.e. progress meeting, safety meeting, contractors meeting and site meeting.
-To prepare and update project schedule data and project status report.
-Provide value engineering, recommendation of suppliers and sub-contractors to clients.
-Prepare daily report, site dairy and weekly report and ensure the reports are correctly recorded.
-Ensure works complied with site HSE requirements.
-Responsible to plan and lead all the Civil / M&E services inspection, testing and commissioning.
-Assist the project manager in all aspect of project monitoring, scheduling, management and costing.
-Assist with all documentation, tender and contract award issue and overall planning and coordinating project / site management.
-Assist to coordinate and follow up with subcontractors, consultants & authorities.
-Assist to site issues when required and provide prompt updates to the project manager.
-Prepare requisition for materials and ensure all material delivered to site is aligned with purchase order.
-Responsible for coordinating and monitoring assigned project activities or task according to project schedule / planning.
-Co-ordinate with customers for on-site issues and management.
-Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, testing and commissioning and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and complete within target time and budget.
-To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time.


Requirements:
-Diploma & Degree in Engineering-Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
-At least 1-2 years experience in ACMV systems, project supervision and management.
-Candidates with background in mechanical installation and experience in project site supervision and site and commercial applications will have an added advantage.
-Able to supervise site personnel and coordinate resources and schedules.
-Able to work independently and travel within the country.
-Able to work under pressure with high degree pf confidentiality.
-Must possess own transport.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
