Responsibilities
-Analyse, monitor, review and process payment of Agency Compensation & Benefits.
-Handling agency enquiry pertaining to Agency Statement, compensation and benefits.
-Enhance or improve existing services provided to agency force.
-Processing and monitor advances of Credit due for Agency Leaders.
-Provide update information on Agency Compensation and Benefits to Management.
-Monitoring the sorting and despatching of reports and statements.
-Other duties as required by the Management.
-Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and regulations. Other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirement
-Agency Compensation and Benefits knowledge.
-Training will be provided for candidates without background.
-MS Excel, Ms Word, Usage of Life Core system - Agency
-Training will be provided for candidates without background. "
-Basic degree in any discipline, Preferably technical in nature.
-Willing to take on a steep learning curve.
