What you'll be doing
-Handling and monitoring of tasks such as application, movement and request from intermediaries.
-Coordinate and guiding administrative assistants to ensure processes done are meeting the benchmark.
-Provide support of agency processes in compliance with requirements imposed by company and regulatory bodies.
-Conduct screening and detect exceptions of potential business risks which may surface during processing.
-Manage incoming agency processing enquiries including walk-in, phone enquiry, email and other media.
-Be a liaison between branches and business units on non-standard administration arrangements or requirements.
-Review and propose on exception handling processing for management decisions.
-Regular review on existing business processes for improvement and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
-Other general administrative task as assigned.


What we're looking for
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science or any technical field.
-Fresh graduates or those below 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
-On-the-job training will be provided to give understanding on business and process requirements.
-Able to accept a fast learning pace, problem solving and dynamic working environment.
