Key Responsibilities
1. Training s Development

· Design and deliver training programs to improve hosts’ presentation, communication, and sales skills.

· Conduct mock livestreams, product demos, and performance workshops.

· Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help hosts enhance engagement, conversion, and on-screen confidence.

· Develop training materials, guidelines, and standard scripts aligned with brand tone.

2. Performance Evaluation s Improvement

· Monitor daily/weekly live host performance (sales data, engagement metrics, viewer retention).

· Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.

· Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions to help hosts meet KPIs.

3. Contents Quality Control

· Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure livestream content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives.

· Review host content and provide input on product storytelling and brand messaging.

· Ensure hosts follow company guidelines for communication, appearance, and brand representation.

4. Recruitments Onboarding Support

· Participate in the recruitment and audition process for new hosts.

· Conduct onboarding and training for new hires to ensure readiness before going live.


5. Collaborations Reporting

· Collaborate with HRBP and Live Commerce team to align training goals with business objectives.

· Prepare regular training reports and improvement updates for management.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in live commerce, sales training, or performance coaching.

· Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee Live, or similar platforms.

· Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.

· Creative, energetic, and passionate about people and performance development.
