Responsibilities
1) Issue WO / DO / Invoices / Packing List / Quotation and ect.
2) To support day-to-day operational activities such as order processing, coordination of delivery scheduling and administrative tasks.
3) To handle incoming Sales Order Processing and follow up delivery status of order. Liaising sales staff on the status of their orders
4) Liaise with production .
5) To coordinate the Local and Export logistic & shipping documents
6) Renew the Export Documents
7) To prepare and consolidated Sales Report, and any other relevant report which as and when required. This is includes of keeping track of any pending order.
8) To support administration, coordination and service support and any other task that are assigned as and when required in order to meet company’s objectives.
