Job Responsibilities
-Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and network devices.
-Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-Support user account management, including creating, modifying, and removing user access.
-Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining system security and data backups.
-Help document system procedures, configurations, and IT-related issues.
-Assist in routine system updates, patch management, and antivirus maintenance.
-Support senior system administrators in day-to-day IT operations and projects.


Job Requirements
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and computer hardware.
-Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, DNS) is an advantage.
-Basic understanding of system administration or IT support is preferred.
-Strong willingness to learn, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
-Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
