Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Growth: Increase sales revenue and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
-Customer Management: Manage sales opportunities within the existing doctor and client base while actively developing new customer segments.
-Needs Assessment: Identify customers' needs and recommend products that best fulfill those needs.
-Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
-Customer Relationships: Maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
-Regular Visits: Make regular visits to customers and maintain a good professional relationship.
-Purchase Order Management: Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department.
-Sales Analysis: Prepare sales reports and territory analyses, and submit them to management.
-Market Intelligence: Collect market information and provide feedback to the company for strategy development and implementation.
-Seminars and Workshops: Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering product seminars and workshops.

Qualifications:
-Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
-Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
-Language Proficiency: Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Mobility: Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation when required.
-Skills: Team player, result-oriented, with a positive work attitude.
