Job Description/Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain office records, files and databases
-Provide administrative support to the management team (eg: schedule appointment, procurement)
-Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
-Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment (processing POs, DOs, Invoices)
-Maintain detail records and documentation of all customer interactions
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
-Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
