Requirements
-SPM or equivalent; barista certification ia a plus
-Prior experience as a barista ia preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Good communication skills and positive attitude
-Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
-Team player and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
-Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
-Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
-Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, making change, and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping down counters, washing dishes, and disposing of trash.
-Restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
-Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
-Stay updated on new coffee trends and products, and participate in training sessions to improve coffee preparation skills and knowledge.
