Requirements
-Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but training will be provided
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Passion for coffee, hospitality, and great service
-Friendly, energetic, and a team player
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages, consistently meeting company quality standards
-Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner to create a welcoming café experience
-Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment confidently, efficiently, and in a safe manner
-Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and café area at all times, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
-Assist in inventory control, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages promptly
-Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
-Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment
