Job Descriptions:

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractors.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Observe and ensure all equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering including managing and placing the workers.

Control and monitor the storage of material and equipment.

Report to the Management on the progress of work on site, planned vs actual progress.

Provide support by responding to issues/ problems arising.

Any other assignments or duties which may be required by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering - Civil/ Construction / Structural or equivalent

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2 years of working experience in building construction

Supervise construction projects by planning, organizing, and quality control

Inspection and supervising sub contractors and workers

Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.

Eager to learn and willing to pursue greater heights of responsibilities

Technical knowledge for project management is an added advantage

Willing to travel (100%) (Semenanjung Malaysia)

Pay Range : RM2200 - RM3000 (Based on experience)
