ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, plan and implement business and promotion programmes in line with the company’s marketing strategies and direction

Establish a high level of rapport with key customers as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision making purposes

Responsible for the effective management of promotional spending, and overall profitability of each key customer

To secure & communicate promotions plan for both internal and external customers within stipulated timeline

Managing and executing of all promotion and activities in accordance with approved mechanism

Monitor and track executions of all promotion activities

Timely resolutions of disputes and discrepancies in compliance with credit control policies and procedures

Tracking and maintenance of all expenses related to Key Accounts’ trading terms

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Studies or related fields.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role

Experience in handling Key Account chain is an advantage

Must possess strong negotiation skills, clear communicator and analytical skill

Must be self-motivated with positive outlook and focused on delivering high quality work

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint

Must possess valid driving license, own transport and willing to travel

Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
