ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily plant operations to ensure machines run smoothly and safely.

Plan and carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Lead and guide team members to achieve production targets.

Handle machine problems quickly to reduce downtime.

Monitor shift performance and keep production flowing efficiently.

Keep records and reports updated for HSE, ISO, PM, TPM, and CMMS.

Work to reduce waste, rejects, and other production losses.

Make sure all work follows safety and ISO standards.

Set up machine parameters and support troubleshooting when needed.

Train and support team members on safe and proper work practices.

Help management with special projects and other assignments.

Encourage teamwork, responsibility, and safety in all operations.



REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

Fast learner and able to work independently.

Willing to work on shifts.
