ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
Daily productions reports such as M&W report / create & close the manufacturing order (MO).
Maintain 5S & housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
To review VSM, TPM and PM activities.
To review & update all SOP related to process and machine maintenance.
To work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools.
REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Leadership skill is required for this role.
Good interpersonal skill and hardworking.
Fast leaner.
Able to work in shift.
Able to work on weekends if needed.
Able to work in team.
Possess own transport.
Computer literacy – MS Office.
