Liasioning with the support function experts to drive departmental sales.

Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.

Communicate appropriately with customers including proactive greeting and acknowledgement.

Follow procedures for dealing with specific customer orders.

Knowledge of Retail industry especially mom and baby needs.

Job Specification

1-2 years experience in retail stores on baby and mom needs.

Able to engage and support the Babyshop team, having good working behavior.
