Job Description:
-Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
-Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and tracking deliveries
-Assist in preparing documents, reports, minutes, and presentation
-Handle data entry, manage spreadsheets, and update databases
-Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
-Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining records and employee attendance, related government & private sector matter.
-Arrange daily works for mechanical & electrical teams.
-Planning & scheduling for R & M Service job with optimum team utilization.
-Overall see the Mechanical, electrical & productions teams running smoothly for job progress.
-Coordination Operations & Sales Meeting.
-Compile and verify job service report c/w picture, MI, customer chop & sign.
-Maintaining Operations and project documentations.
-Ordering, issue MI and cooperate with purchasing for ordering materials or parts.
-Record and monitoring stock level and stock report and operations Tools.
-Any others duty assigns by superior or management level.

Job Requirement:
-SPM / Diploma / Degree in related field.
-Good Computer Knowledge.
-Able to start work immediately.
-Experience person will be preferred.
-Excellent communication and people management skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize.
