Responsibilities:
-Process customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Website).
-Coordinate with warehouse team on order fulfilment, delivery, and stock availability.
-Handle return/refund requests and update status on platforms.
-Monitor and update product listings, prices, and stock in the system.
-Assist in preparing basic reports (sales, inventory, order processing performance).
-Provide support to customer service team when needed (basic enquiries, order status).
-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, E-Commerce or related field.
-Minimum 1 year working experience in administration or e-commerce (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/TikTok preferred).
-Experience in using Qianyi(QERP) or similar WMS or ERP system will be an added advantage.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Good Multitasking skill
-English, Malay and Mandarin proficiency are required
