What you'll be doing
-Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns (online & offline) for various brands
-Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu)
-Plan and execute seasonal or thematic promotions and activations
-Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external partners (influencers, media, vendors)
-Create engaging content (copywriting, basic photo/video direction, idea brainstorming)
-Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements
-Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure brand competitiveness
-Support branding, product launches, and store-level marketing initiatives
-Occasionally visit outlets to collect content or coordinate promotions

What we're looking for
-Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields
-At least 2–5 years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry
-Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies
-Excellent communication and writing skills (Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
-Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Creative, resourceful, and self-driven with attention to detail
-Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other basic design/video editing tools is an advantage
-Must be willing to work from office (Puchong Jaya) and visit outlets when needed
