JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and prepare monthly production schedule based on sales orders and forecasts.

Ensure production line run as per planned.

Review and update production schedules to adapt to ad hoc circumstances.

Prepare and submit the container schedule to shipping department in weekly basis.

Plan and request raw and packaging materials according to production plan.

Ensure all the raw materials and packaging materials delivered as per schedule planned.

Manage inventory levels to balance between supply and demand to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) and excessive inventory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1-2 years of working experience as production planner in the manufacturing industry.

Candidates must possess a degree in any field or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Meticulous, good arithmetic skill.

A good team player.

Good in troubleshooting and possess problem-solving skills

Experience in Monitor ERP is added advantage.

Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
