Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential customers.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

• Effective communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our fibre solutions to prospective customers.

• Deliver persuasive sales and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our fibre products.

• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategize and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects during outbound.

• Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.

• Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and aspart of a team.

• Knowledge of fibre optics and related technologies is a plus but not required.


Candidate must be:

• Energetic and a can-do attitude.

• Excited in selling.

• Meet and where possible exceed target set for them.

• An out-going individual.

• Able to travel to assign roadshow areas.

• Must possess own transport.

• Able to work on odd hours/shifts.
