What you'll be doing
-Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
-Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
-Maintaining and updating records and databases

What we're looking for
-Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
-Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word
-A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
-A proactive and flexible approach to work with a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks
