Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
-Maintain complete bookkeeping records – issue invoices issue payment vouchers perform bank reconciliations manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Manage accounts payable and receivable accurately using SQL Accounting Software.
-Issue and monitor sales and purchase invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
-Assist with monthly financial closings, reports, and audit preparations.
-Ensure all financial records are properly documented, filed, and updated.
-Support with basic inventory tracking and purchase records.
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for compliance and statutory filings.
-Support in the transition or implementation of e-Invoicing where applicable.

Requirements
-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and admin roles (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome).
-Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software& E-Invoicing system is an advantage.
-Basic knowledge or exposure to e-Invoicing processes is highly preferred (self-learned or attended training).
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Familiarity with construction industry is an advantage.
