JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage and coordinate end-to-end tender administration activities.
-Prepare, compile, and review tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
-Coordinate inputs from sales, technical, finance, procurement, and management teams.
-Ensure all tender requirements, forms, and supporting documents are complete and submitted on time.
-Manage tender submissions via online portals, email, or physical delivery.
-Monitor tender portals for new opportunities, clarifications, and addenda.
-Liaise with clients and vendors regarding tender queries and documentation.
-Maintain tender records, tracking logs, and submission status reports.
-Support post-tender activities including clarifications, contract documentation, and handover.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and tender procedures.

Experience & Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years of professional services in business development or tender.
-Must have experience with Windows based programs and advance Microsoft Excel skills a huge plus an added advantage.
-High work ethics, proactive and efficient.
