Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end influencer marketing process, including:

Identifying and researching suitable KOLs/influencers

Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation

Developing and presenting creative campaign briefs

Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals

Monitoring influencer content and evaluating campaign performance

Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Analyze and identify content and promotion trends that align with brand and marketing goals.

Work closely with internal teams (branding, content, creative) to ensure influencer collaborations are aligned with the brand image.

Track and report key campaign metrics and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.



Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or KOL/Influencer Management.

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, with hands-on experience managing content and campaigns.

Prior experience in or a strong interest in the beauty industry (especially Skincare, Haircare, Oral Care, or Cosmetics) is highly desirable.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Competent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, track, and present data clearly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique, out-of-the-box ideas.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage and track multiple tasks.

Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
