Key Role:
-Install, test, monitor, upgrade or maintain the infrastructure, desktop and laptop as well as software/hardware
-Maintain and manage overall company software, desktop and laptops inventory, replacement and maintenance or renewal schedule
-Troubleshoot and diagnose any IT related issue
-IT sourcing, purchasing and licensing
-Perform security check periodically and recommend to management on system improvement when necessary
-Maintain security and confidentiality of company database information
-Support IT function on a daily operational basis and ensuring system and networking is in optimal performance
-Provide guidance to users to operate new software and hardware

Requirements:

Qualification:
-Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
-Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in related field.
-Preferably language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
