Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and track complaint and nonconformance cases, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document quality assurance activities, internal reporting, and audits.
- Work closely with team members to ensure policies are followed according to management requirements.
- Evaluate findings from reports before taking necessary action.
- Devise and implement procedures to inspect, test, and report quality issues.
- Monitor all operations affecting quality and ensure readiness before programs or policies reach customers or partners.
- Supervise and guide internal and external team members involved in quality improvement initiatives.
- Test products, policies, guidelines, or procedures to identify mistakes or non-conformity issues before launch.
- Ensure consistency and quality of services in line with management requirements.
- Address and resolve customer/partner complaints and internal findings as per policy requirements.
- Report any malfunctions or loopholes to management and take immediate corrective action.
- Facilitate proactive solutions through the collection and analysis of quality data.
- Maintain accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments during audits, research, or training to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in quality assurance/administrative or a similar role.
- Familiar with QA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Able to prepare reports, conduct audits, and follow up on nonconformance issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
