Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, manage, and assist channel partners/agencies to achieve their sales targets.
-Engage partner sales/account teams to identify new business opportunities.
-Manage and report on the partner sales funnel, ensuring accountability for revenue targets.
-Collaborate closely with partners throughout the sales process, including creating sales materials, providing customer explanations, and organizing roadshows.
-Ensure partners are well-informed about new products, features, incentives, and guidelines.

Requirements:
-Available for both Executive and Managerial roles; full-time positions
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or regional sales, or equivalent specialization.
-Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
-Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
-Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.
-Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients), and English.
-Must have own transport.
