What you'll be doing
-Managing the complete accounts cycle, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
-Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
-Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow statements
-Overseeing the administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, facilities, and IT systems
-Providing general administrative support to the management team as needed
-Mentoring and supervising the accounting and administrative staff
-Experience with payroll systems and SQL systems
-Communication skill with other parties

What we're looking for
-Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
-Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational management
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
-Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
-A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
