About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Presales/Technical Specialist to support our GHT industry growth, particularly across the Data Center and Microelectronics sectors. This role provides technical consulting services, partners closely with the sales team, and drives innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.

You will serve as an industry expert, identify technical improvement opportunities, and support trials and rollouts of new programs. This role is ideal for a technical professional passionate about water management solutions, innovation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting and recommend innovation, programs, and solutions in collaboration with sales teams, technical consultants, and end-users.

Conduct site surveys, audits, and technical discussions to identify operational gaps and improvement areas.

Represent the organization as an industry expert at conferences, seminars, trainings, and exhibitions.

Support ideation, development, trials, and rollout of innovation programs for industry growth.

Coach internal teams on applications, technologies, and value documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience with strong knowledge of cooling water management and wastewater treatment.

Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Able to travel at least 30% across Southeast Asia.

Fluency in Mandarin and English. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

PhD qualification is an added advantage.
