About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our client’s daily shipping, documentation, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shipping & Receiving

Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.

Schedule, coordinate, and monitor outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

2. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and organized records for audit and regulatory purposes.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and shipping regulations.

Coordinate customs clearance for international shipments.

3. Communication & Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Planning teams.

Provide real-time updates on delivery schedules and inventory.

Attend to customer inquiries related to logistics and shipment status.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and analyze logistics-related data (transportation, warehousing, inventory).

Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to identify trends and inefficiencies.

Prepare performance reports including KPIs: on-time delivery, freight cost per unit, inventory turnover.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Experience in logistics, shipping, or documentation is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.

Able to work independently and within a team
