Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine water sampling and on-site water analysis using Nalco portable testing tools.

Perform dosing system operation and maintenance including chemical top-up, 3DT analyzer calibration, sensor replacement, and hose inspection.

Provide daily updates on system performance, issues, and corrective actions to the supervising engineer.

Assist in preparing service reports, checklists, and maintenance documentation.

Adhere strictly to site safety protocols, work permit requirements, chemical handling standards, and PPE guidelines.

Maintain and update Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checklists for all Nalco dosing equipment.

Support Ecolab engineers with system troubleshooting, optimization, shutdown/start-up activities, and service campaigns.

Identify and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately in compliance with Ecolab safety requirements.

Requirements
SKM, Diploma, or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering / Technology, Industrial / Process Technology, or other relevant technical fields.

Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.

Basic understanding of cooling towers, closed-loop systems, and water treatment processes (training provided).

Hands-on ability with tools, equipment handling, and minor mechanical/electrical tasks.

Strong attention to detail with disciplined record-keeping.

Able to work independently while coordinating closely with engineers.

Physically fit to perform field activities including climbing, lifting, and chemical handling.

Possess a valid driving licence.

Willing to work in industrial and high-tech controlled environments at customer facilities, 100% on-site.
