Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Build and manage a local KOL team, define roles, set goals, implement SOPs, provide training, track performance, and optimize workflows.

Resource Management: Manage existing influencer, celebrity, and agency resources; expand new resources; establish strategic partnerships and exclusive collaborations.

Collaboration Strategy: Develop and execute KOL strategies aligned with brand e-commerce goals; manage projects end-to-end from influencer selection to performance review.

Cross-Department Coordination & Risk Management: Work with brand and operations teams to ensure brand alignment; monitor and mitigate risks during KOL collaborations.

Market Insights & Optimization: Track local e-commerce and KOL trends; provide insights and optimize strategies based on performance data.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in local e-commerce/KOL operations, 1+ year in team management; proven track record of driving e-commerce growth via KOL collaborations.

Resources: Extensive local network of influencers, celebrities, and MCNs; ability to quickly expand high-quality resources.
