Key Responsibilities
-Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
-Work with developers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria and test requirements
-Report bugs and track them through resolution using issue tracking tools
-Document test results and provide feedback to the team on quality issues and improvements
-Contribute to test plan creation, maintenance, and execution in collaboration with the QA Lead
-Participate in sprint planning and QA discussions to ensure test coverage across features
-Support regression testing during release cycles to ensure product stability
-Maintain and improve automated testing scripts and frameworks (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
-2‑4 years of experience in QA / software testing, with both manual and automation test responsibilities.
-Familiarity with manual testing techniques and QA documentation practices
-Basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
-Experience using issue tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent
-Experience testing web applications (desktop + mobile); preferably some exposure to cross‑platform / responsive design.
-Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals: functional testing, regression, integration, system, usability.
-Ability to derive test cases from requirements / user stories.
-Good at identifying edge cases, negative testing, exploratory testing.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
-Experience with REST APIs and API testing practices(e.g Postman, or other Backend testing tools)
-Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
-Hands‑on experience writing automated tests using at least one tool / framework (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
-Comfortable working with Mandarin documentation or test data
