What you'll be doing
-Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
-Administer employee benefits and leave entitlements
-Assist in the recruitment and selection of new talent
-Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
-Provide administrative support to the HR team
-Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
-Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
-Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR policies
-Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
-Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and payroll administration
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
-Proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving
-Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
